Senior Operations Engineer for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

In order to continue growing, we are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Engineer for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
Job Description:- Coordinate efforts between CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation), QA (Quality Assurance), and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with project teams to define qualification and re-qualification requirements for equipment, including new washing machines, autoclave loads, and Solo VPE methods.
- Lead the development and documentation of temporary Change Requests (CR) related to specified units.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, optimize workflows, and drive business growth.
