We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at E-Wheels Switzerland SA in Rothenburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our store.
About UsE-Wheels Switzerland SA is a leading player in the market for electric scooters and bikes, with a strong presence in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark through our physical stores and online retail. We have solidified our position since 2014 and continue to innovate and grow, offering high-quality products that cater to urban commuters and adventurers alike.
Our brand portfolio includes Momas, Fosna, and Avelo, which reflect our commitment to quality, design, and reliability. With our second physical store opening in Switzerland, we are excited to bring our unique shopping experience to Rothenburg.
Your Role- Assist customers with advice, product recommendations, and excellent service.
- Ensure the store is always tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked.
- Handle restocking, inventory, and cash register operations.
- Participate in promotions and contribute to the store's success.
To succeed in this role, you should have a friendly attitude, be detail-oriented, service-minded, and organized. Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is beneficial, but enthusiasm and dedication matter just as much. You must also be flexible and available for evening, weekend, and peak season shifts.
We Offer- A competitive salary range of CHF 35,000 - CHF 50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
