Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Excellence Analyst to join our team at Selecta. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in driving excellence in procurement practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source-to-Contract System Implementation

Spearhead the implementation of the Source-to-Contract (S2C) system, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation.

Procurement Delegation of Authority and Contract Compliance

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contract regulations, regularly reviewing and updating DOA and compliance processes to align with industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Supplier Risk Management

Manage supplier reputational risk assessment programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities.

Procurement Training and Development

Conduct skills assessments to identify training needs within the procurement team, ensuring they are up-to-date with best practices.

Procurement Performance Metrics

Create and maintain dashboards to benchmark and track Group Procurement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing data and insights to support procurement leadership decision-making.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor or Master in Economics or equivalent.

Experience

First experience in source-to-contract solutions (zycus) is ideal.

Language

Excellent level of English (level C2 or native).

Skills

Analytical thinking, good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
