About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Excellence Analyst to join our team at Selecta. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence through strategic procurement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement System Implementation
    • Lead the implementation of the Source-to-Contract (S2C) system across the organization, ensuring seamless operation and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  • Procurement Policy and Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contract regulations, regularly reviewing and updating processes to align with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
  • Supplier Risk Management
    • Manage supplier reputational risk assessment programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities.
  • Procurement Training and Development
    • Conduct skills assessments to identify training needs within the procurement team, ensuring that team members are up-to-date with best practices.
  • Procurement Data Analysis
    • Create and maintain dashboards to benchmark and track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing data-driven insights to support procurement leadership decision-making.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • First experience in source-to-contract solutions (zycus) is highly desirable.
  • Skills
    • Excellent level of English (C2 or native speaker).
    • Strong analytical thinking, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and conflicting demands simultaneously.
