Job Description
Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing existing client relationships and initiating new ones while expanding product expertise. This role requires a high-energy individual with the capacity to integrate into a performance-driven team and contribute to business growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building significant relationships across the wealth management sector in Switzerland and knowledge of adjacent European markets including France, Italy, Germany, and the Benelux. Fluency in Swiss German, French, and Italian is an advantage but not required.

This position reports directly to the Country Head. Success in this role depends on the candidate's ability to develop existing client relationships and initiate new ones. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to the broader growth and development of Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Capital Raising: Support sales efforts aligned with BOWS' goals in Switzerland and internationally. Coordinate campaigns for existing private fund offerings. Onboard new public market products onto distributor platforms.
  • Investor Relations: Support senior business development colleagues and provide exceptional client service. Maintain close contact with key asset allocators among private banks and multi-family offices. Respond to investor needs and proactively provide market insights.
  • Product Development & Market Intelligence: Develop a strong understanding of Brookfield and Oaktree products. Become an ambassador for our daily liquidity product suite. Contribute to the marketing strategy and positioning of specific funds and the firm as a whole.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in distribution, with a proven track record of building significant relationships across the wealth management sector in Switzerland.
  • Knowledge of adjacent European markets including France, Italy, Germany, and the Benelux is an advantage, though not required.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently to achieve business growth objectives.
  • A high-energy individual with the capacity to integrate into a performance-driven, lean team.
  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Swiss German, French, and Italian is an advantage, though not required.
  • Additional professional credentials (e.g., CIMA, CAIA, CFA, MBA) are preferred but not mandatory.
