- Technical Projects: Implement technical projects as needed and collaborate with the Associate Specialist, HR Reporting, to develop and support regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain and configure the HRIS system as a subject matter expert, addressing business needs and concerns using the Workday system.
- Training and Support: Develop digital training materials and train HR staff on HRIS usage, providing functional and technical support to end-users.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, quantitative systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications and Experience: Project Management Certification or relevant work experience, Workday Training Certification or equivalent experience, and ERP training in systems such as Peoplesoft, SAP, Oracle.
- Professional Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a professional office environment, with experience as an analyst, administrator, or technician in information systems and experience in HR and/or payroll departments.
- Key Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience using ServiceNow.
