Ihre Aufgaben
  • Prozessverantwortung für die Produktentwicklung von Verpackungen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Schulung aller Geschäftsprozesse im Bereich Produktentwicklung
  • Fachliche und personelle Führung von Fachspezialisten
  • Steuerung aller bereichsrelevanten Projekte
  • Konzeption, Entwicklung, Realisierung und Umsetzung von Verpackungssystemen
  • Verantwortung für Abweichungen und Capa's im Bereich

Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (ETH, FH)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Medizintechnik oder Pharma im Bereich Produkt- und Verpackungsentwicklung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Gutes Verständnis für anatomische und klinische Probleme sowie Kenntnisse der Anforderungen im regulatorischen Umfeld der Medizintechnik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Siemens Teamcenter sowie der MS Office Palette, insbesondere MS Project
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
