About the Role

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing specific tasks such as CRM calling campaigns, prospect registration, and cross-selling action plans. This includes engaging existing and prospect clients as per weekly plans, analyzing business KPIs, and proposing action plans to ensure impeccable service delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Clientelling:
    • Mastery of the Client Journey to create customer emotion and desire.
    • Proactive engagement with existing and prospect clients according to weekly plans.
    • Sensitive sales and after-sales situation management.
    • CRM task execution and calling campaign management.
    • Analysis of business KPIs and proposal of action plans.
    • Delivery of impeccable service throughout the client journey.
    • Focus on developing and retaining existing clients and recruiting new ones.
    • Participation in sales partnerships and OTO appointment routines.
  • Team Support:
    • Point of reference for Client Advisors on store policies and procedures.
    • Support during the induction of new hires.
    • Assistance in allocating duties and scheduling shifts.
    • Adherence to safety and operational guidelines.
    • Management of cash payments and goods safety.
    • Participation in shipping, receiving, and cycle counts.
    • Handling of all sales and after-sales activities.
    • Follow-up of display guidelines and reporting relevant information to store management.
    • Participation in operational tasks when necessary.
    • Top performer in sales and KPIs.
    • Team worker with good organizational skills.
    • Thorough understanding of store operations and CRM activities.
    • Transparent and effective communication.
    • Strong understanding of performance KPIs and ability to execute action plans.
