Responsibilities and RequirementsMain responsibilities include performing gold and copper electroplating processes on wafers, ensuring high-quality results. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field, as well as hands-on experience with electroplating, preferably on a microfab scale.
- Conduct polishing and CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) to achieve desired surface finishes and uniformity.
- Monitor and optimize electroplating and CMP parameters to improve process quality, consistency, and yield.
