Job ResponsibilitiesThe R&D Electroplating Technician will be responsible for performing electroplating and CMP processes on wafers, as well as monitoring and optimizing process parameters to improve quality, consistency, and yield. Key responsibilities include:
- Electroplating Process Development
- Polishing and CMP Process Improvement
- Process Documentation and Quality Control
A Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field is a strong plus, and familiarity with cleanroom environments and protocols is desirable.
