About the Job- Analyze commodity trading and mining operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement business solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct detailed business analysis to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Several years of experience as a Business Change Analyst with a background in the Big Four or a top-tier management consulting firm.
- In-depth understanding of commodity trading, mining operations, and the trade lifecycle.
- Proficiency with trading platforms, supply chain management tools, and financial systems related to commodity trading and mining (nice to have).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis tools to support strategic decision-making would be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Language skills: English – fluent, German would be advantageous.
- Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail.
- A high degree of self-organisation and time management.
- Analytical and solution-orientated thinking.
