As a Quantitative Analyst, you'll drive liquidity provisioning strategies, analyze on-chain trading activities, and own client relationships to deliver tailored market-making services. You'll collaborate with our business development team on client onboarding, account management, and enhance quantitative algorithms with the core development team.

We're looking for an analytical expert with 2+ years of experience in quantitative trading & research, focusing on derivatives arbitrage, market-making, and high-frequency trading strategies. Your expertise in on-chain & off-chain market dynamics, including arbitrage across CEX & DEX platforms, funding rate inefficiencies, and PnL optimization will be crucial in establishing Arrakis as a leader in decentralized market-making.
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficient in Python & SQL with experience in building quantitative tools, bots, and analytics dashboards
- Familiarity with REST & WebSocket APIs for integrating and analyzing exchange data
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on PnL optimization and risk-adjusted performance
- Ability to develop and refine quantitative strategies to improve market-making efficiency
