Lean CI Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lean CI Specialist to join our team at SR Technics Group. As a key member of our Continuous Improvement team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements across our operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Participate in area go-look-learn/waste walks to identify non-value-added activities and safety, environmental, and health hazards.
- Facilitate or participate in improvement activities, projects, or workshops, including 5S activities, standardization, problem-solving, and value stream mapping.
- Share best practices and gather area standards, improvement results, and best practices to share with the CI Manager and other CI Specialists.
- Roll out, train, coach, and communicate standard lean CI tools and methodologies within your area.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in lean CI and process improvement. You will have a degree in quality, process, or industrial engineering and a green belt training or equivalent. You will also have a track record of experience in agile project management and fluency in German and English language.
