About the Role

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Trainee to join our team. As a Legal Trainee, you will play a critical role in supporting our legal team with administrative tasks, document management, and contract coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our legal database, Legisway.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including shipping couriers, obtaining signatures, tracking documents, and interacting with notaries.
  • Support the preparation of contracts, amendments, and other legal documents under the close supervision of our legal counsel.
  • Organize and maintain accurate filing and archiving systems based on the needs of our legal team.
  • Provide assistant support to our legal team members, including data entry and project coordination.
Requirements
  • Matura or equivalent degree.
  • Law student (ideally) with a strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent German and English language skills. Spanish or French is a plus.
