Legal Trainee

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a highly motivated and organized Legal Trainee to join our EMEA Legal Team. As a Legal Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our legal team with administrative tasks, document management, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities- Document Management: Assist in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of our legal database (Legisway) by uploading agreements and tracking documents.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the legal team, including tasks such as shipping couriers, obtaining signatures, and interacting with notaries.
- Contract Management: Assist in drafting correspondence, contracts, amendments, and legal letters under the close supervision of legal counsels.
- Project Support: Help legal counsels with special projects requiring manual work and provide accurate and timely maintenance of project status spreadsheets and contracts databases.
- Education: Matura or equivalent, preferably a law student.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, with Spanish or French as a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and report regularly to managers and department lawyers.
