About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Compliance Expert to join our team at TN Switzerland. As a Clinical Compliance Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving compliance within our Global Clinical Supply Chain organization with Roche PQS, GxP and Health Authority requirements.
You will be an active member of the Business Operations Support (BOS) Team and create a compliance vision and long-term roadmap for growth and development of all relevant PTDS areas.
Key responsibilities include architecting effective collaboration models within PTDS and relevant other functions, forming expertise centers for supply chain relevant quality compliance topics, providing coaching to quality compliance experts, anticipating changes in compliance requirements frameworks, and facilitating compliance goal-setting processes.
In this role, you will work closely with all GCSC functions, including Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Enable, as well as compliance experts in Pharma Technical Operations Development (PTD) and Quality (PTQ and PDQ).
