Job Description

Syntegon Technology Services AG is a leading provider of process and packaging technology for the pharmaceutical and food industries. We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Beringen, Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, commission, and train customers on Syntegon packaging machines and related products.
  • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve machine performance.
  • Participate in internal and external training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Support customers during machine acceptance and provide training on proper operation and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Technical education in mechatronics, automation, electronics, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in German and English.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an asset, but not required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Europe (80% of the time).
