IAM Expert

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) expert to join our global IT department at Syntegon Technology. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our internal applications.

• Design and implement IAM concepts and standards to ensure secure access to our internal applications
• Operate and maintain the Sailpoint Identity Now tool, collaborating with the team and external service providers
• Develop and implement processes and workflows for IAM, leveraging cloud and on-premise tools, and integrating applications for authorization using AD groups, predefined interfaces, or REST APIs
• Design and implement concepts for logical and automated authorization based on various factors, adhering to IAM standards
• Develop rules and processes for relevant identity status changes and support audit activities with reports and evaluation capabilities within the tools
• Provide self-services and integrations in Syntegon's ITSM tool, leveraging your expertise in intuitive user interfaces and automated workflows

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science
• Experience in IAM, including Active Directory, Multifactor Authentication, Single-Sign-On, and Modern Authentication
• Knowledge of IAM concepts, including RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, and PAM
• Experience with Web Services and API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and OpenAPI specifications
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
