Senior Transformation Manager: Driving Digital Excellence at Post CH AG

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Transformation Manager to lead our Digital Excellence cluster, driving organizational development and shaping a winning mindset. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing HR processes, provision of qualified staff, and establishing successful transformation routines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, support, and offboarding) efficiently.
  • Provision of qualified staff with the required skills, continually developing them in line with individual and business requirements.
  • Establish and maintain successful transformation routines at individual, procedural organization, and structural organization levels.
  • Incorporate challenges that cannot be resolved within the cluster into the backlog of the I/T-wide People & Transformation community and collaborate with HR to overcome them.
Your Background
  • You have higher education in business management or technical qualifications with further training in transformation/change management and/or systemic coaching.
  • You possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in using modern leadership and business management tools, such as leading interdisciplinary and international teams.
  • You embody our culture, striking the right balance between entrepreneur, coach, and networker.
  • You maintain high standards in effective implementation and results-driven performance.
  • Professional experience in an international environment is an advantage.
  • You communicate well in various languages – with excellent knowledge of English.
