Job DescriptionAs a Tax Specialist - Business Transformation, you will provide guidance to national and international firms on tax implications across various business activities. This includes assisting clients in tax compliance, tax accounting, and the transformation of tax functions.
You will incorporate national and international tax laws into analysis and recommendations, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support the growth of team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Hold a Swiss master degree in finance or law or currently enrolled in the Swiss Certified Tax Expertise
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate tax in Switzerland acquired within multinational environments, Big 4 firms, or fiduciaries working with international clients
- Strong analytical, logical, and adaptive skills, particularly in finance and accounting
- Great aptitude for process-oriented thinking, effective communication, and passion for digital innovation
- Fluent in both French and English; additional language skills, particularly in German, are a plus
