Programme Specialist
Job Summary:The World Economic Forum is seeking a Programme Specialist to join the Global Programming Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for building guidelines, governance frameworks, and processes for the development and deployment of a new accredited programme.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a governance framework for the accredited programme
- Lead editorial reviews of session submissions and provide recommendations to the GPG leadership team
- Maintain an overarching view of the accredited programme and ensure its complementarity with the Forum's official programme
- Support internal stakeholders with training and onboarding sessions
- Interact with partners to answer queries about the new programme
- Collaborate with the IT team to test new technical developments on the Forum Live App
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in programme development for large events
- Advanced university degree in business, media, communications, economics, journalism, or other relevant fields
- Proven track record of project management and coordination, negotiation skills, and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent team collaboration, relationship development, and operational skills
- Fluency in English, with excellent written, digital, and verbal communication skills
- Mastery of Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce
