About the Role

The Sales Support Coordinator will be in direct contact with our existing manufacturer and retail customers and partners, handling incoming inquiries and account management tasks in a timely manner.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, making business with CHEP easy for existing customers and during the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Proactively manage accounts using SAP, BW, myCHEP, and CRM Siebel systems.
  • Collaborate with the commercial unit, providing direct support and administrative assistance for asset management aspects, including retail and FSE.
  • Lead audits for small accounts and support national and EKA, retail audits, planning, negotiation, evaluation, and settlements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for complaints and service deficiencies in logistics execution, supply chain, communication, and product quality.
  • Review and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency.
  • Identify growth potential and proactively engage potential new customers, creating offers and negotiating to implement new business along the buyer's journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of working experience in a customer service environment with high interactions with systems, including transactional and master data.
  • Knowledge of manufacturer accounts and/or retail accounts is a plus.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization is a plus.
  • High customer-centricity orientation.
  • Team player with a flexible approach to problem-solving.
  • Intermediate analytical skills/numeracy.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness to optimize existing processes as a continuous expectation.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Siebel and SAP knowledge desirable/plus.
  • Languages: fluent German, English, and French are a must.
