Exciting Opportunity for a Recruitment Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional to join our team as a Managing Consultant and future Lead to launch our Life Science Recruitment Agency in Switzerland.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a company with ambition, drive your own business, and launch a brand. As the first employee in Switzerland, you will start remotely or in a co-working space and build your business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow the professional recruitment business through business development, client acquisition, and account management
  • Establish the brand and start to grow the business in Switzerland, with a goal to build a small team of people over the next years
  • Act as a brand ambassador when with clients, at events, and on the market
  • Headhunt, recruit, network, and attract candidates to make the best match for our clients
  • Interview and evaluate candidates to match our requirements
  • Deliver a best-in-class service on the market
Requirements
  • Several years' experience in professional recruitment within a recruitment agency on the Swiss market
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Complete understanding of the recruitment cycle, sales, and business development
  • An unrivalled passion for the industry
  • English and German are essential
