Investment Operations Specialist

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Finanzoperationsspezialisten, der sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohlfühlt und Lust hat, aktiv zum Erfolg des Asset Managements beizutragen. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie die Gelegenheit haben, in verschiedenste Asset-Klassen einzutauchen und Ihre Fähigkeiten in der Finanzbranche zu entwickeln.
Aufgaben- Verantwortung für die tägliche Abstimmung und Überwachung aller Investmentpositionen, einschließlich Wertpapieren, Fonds und Private-Equity-Positionen.
- Schlüsselrolle bei der Erstellung und Kontrolle des Investment-Reportings für unsere Kunden, unter Nutzung einer Vielzahl von Bankanwendungen und Verwaltungstools.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem externen Reporting-Manager.
- Kontrolle von Wertpapier-, Fonds- und Private-Equity-Positionen sicherstellen.
- Validierung von Transaktionen und anderen Geldflüssen.
- Zuordnung und Überwachung von ausstehenden Posten.
- Dokumentation und Aktualisierung der Kontrollverfahren.
- Einrichtung von Kundenstrukturen und kundenspezifischen Investment-Reportings im Investment-Reporting-System.
- Verarbeitung und Hinzufügung kundenspezifischer Transaktionen.
- Plausibilitätsprüfung der erstellten Investment-Reportings.
- Beitrag zu Prozessverbesserungen und internen Weisungen.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen für Investment-Accounting.
- Sicherstellung der Back- und Middle-Office-Ablagen.
- Erstellung individueller Cashflow-Übersichten.
- Administration von Private Market Anlagen
- Erfassung von Zahlungen und Rechnungen.
- Verwaltung der internen E-Mail-Inbox: Annahme, Bearbeitung und/oder korrekte Weiterleitung diverser Anfragen von Fondsadministratoren, Banken, etc.
- Ausbildung im Finanzbereich: Berufslehre EFZ, HF, FH oder Uni
- Berufserfahrung im Middle- und/oder Backoffice einer Bank oder eines anderen Finanzdienstleisters.
- Interesse an Finanzinvestments, wie Private und Liquid Equity.
- Vertrautheit mit gängigen Investmentprozessen.
- Erfahrung im Investment-Reporting, Kundenreporting und Fondsreporting.
- Gute Kenntnisse der Finanzinstrumente und Anlagetypen.
- Starke Beherrschung von IT-Tools und MS Office.
- Kompetenz im Datenmanagement, in der Analyse und im Reporting.
- Positive Arbeitseinstellung und Fähigkeit, unabhängig zu arbeiten.
- Ausgeprägte Detailgenauigkeit, gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, enge Fristen einzuhalten.
- Deutsch, gute mündliche und schriftliche Englischkenntnisse.
- Teamgeist, zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und Flexibilität.
- Angemessenes Prioritätsmanagement, Präzision und Genauigkeit bei der Arbeit
- Wohnsitz in der Schweiz erforderlich.
