Le Regional Head of IT Support Operations est un poste clé dans la transformation digitale de l'entreprise. En tant que responsable des opérations de support IT, vous contribuerez à garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction des employés et une résolution rapide des problèmes techniques.

Ayant une vision stratégique, vous superviserez les équipes de support IT (Help Desk et support sur site) pour leur apporter une assistance qualitativa et efficace. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements pour garantir un alignement sur les objectifs stratégiques.

Compétences clés
  • Fonctionnalités avancées de gestion des opérations de support IT
  • Expertise en leadership et gestion d'équipe
  • Maitrise des technologies et des systèmes IT
  • Expérience préalable en gestion de support informatique
  • ITIL (niveau Foundation minimum)
  • CompTIA A+ ou autres certifications liées au support et à la gestion des infrastructures IT
Rôle et responsabilités
  • Superviser le Help Desk (assistance téléphonique) pour garantir une assistance rapide et efficace
  • Coordonner le support sur site: organiser et superviser les interventions des techniciens dans les bureaux situés en France, en Suisse et au Luxembourg
  • Gérer la relation avec le partenaire externe en charge du support IT, en s'assurant que les prestations respectent les niveaux de service définis (SLA)
Connaissances requises
  • Minimum de 5 à 8 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire en gestion de support informatique
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et oral)
  • La connaissance d'autres langues (français, allemand, etc.) est un atout selon la région
