Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to ensure our organization adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs across departments to mitigate risks and maintain ethical standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring our organization remains compliant in all aspects.
  • Policy & Risk Management: Develop and implement effective compliance policies, assess risks, and implement corrective actions to prevent non-compliance.
  • Training & Awareness: Lead compliance training sessions to educate staff on their obligations and responsibilities, promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.
  • Auditing & Reporting: Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance, identify areas for improvement, and report findings to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Maintain accurate records, liaise with regulatory bodies, and update compliance programs as needed to ensure our organization remains compliant.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A university degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field, with a focus on Compliance. A Master's Degree or relevant certification in Compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is an added advantage.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Compliance, preferably within the engineering, construction, or renewable energy industry.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and German.
  • Skills:
    • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
    • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
    • Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively
    • High Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
    • Proficiency in Compliance Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite
