About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the monthly close accounting processes, working closely with finance teams internationally to ensure accurate and achievable financial targets. Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting consolidated monthly statutory financial accounts, maintaining open communication with subsidiaries, and providing information for specific and complex accounting treatment.
In addition, the Financial Consolidation Expert will analyze financial accounts and provide management with clear and meaningful information on significant movements and deviations. This role also involves preparing consolidated annual group financial statements, as well as providing instruction and training to subsidiary controllers.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting
- 3 to 5 years of significant experience in consolidating group statutory accounts
- Experience in a Big Four firm or multinational company preferred
- A strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP and IFRS is preferred
