About the Role

Capco is seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Consultant to join our team in Zurich. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for helping our clients succeed in an ever-changing industry.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with financial services clients to understand their specific business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology landscapes.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and analyses to identify areas where Gen AI solutions can drive operational efficiencies, risk mitigation, and revenue growth.
  • Design and propose tailored Gen AI strategies and solutions that align with client objectives and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Leverage your expertise in AI and Gen AI capabilities relevant to banking, such as analytics and automation, to enhance banking operations and customer service.
  • Communicate the value proposition of Gen AI technologies to key decision-makers and secure buy-in.

Your Ideal Profile

  • Consulting experience with specific expertise across Tier-2 and/or private banking, and knowledge of financial products, risk, regulations, and revenue models.
  • Ability to interpret data and understand data governance.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in explaining AI technologies to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in German and/or French, in addition to English, to cater to diverse banking clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
