Deine Aufgaben
  • Übernahme der kompletten HR-Verantwortung für unsere Hotelbetriebe in der Schweiz
  • Operative Durchführung des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses, einschließlich Stellenausschreibungen, Bewerbungsgesprächen und Einstellung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Unterstützung und Beratung der Mitarbeiter in allen personalrelevanten Angelegenheiten
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Schulungs- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller arbeitsrechtlichen Vorschriften und Gesetze in der Schweiz
  • Verwaltung der Personalakten, Pflege des HR-Systems und Durchführung von administrativen Aufgaben
  • Regelmäßige Besuche der Hotels in der Schweiz zur Unterstützung vor Ort
Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR bzw. Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise in der Hotellerie oder einer ähnlichen Branche
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht
  • Fließende Deutsch- Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse
