The Data Analyst position plays a crucial role in facilitating communication between business users and technologists. The primary goal is to contribute to the continuous exploration and investigation of business performance metrics, ultimately driving business planning decisions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and operational requirements.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address business needs.
- Partner with local teams to resolve tax application issues hosted in Switzerland.
- Provide technical and functional support for resolving tax user group issues.
- Conduct production data quality reviews for various tax project deliverables.
- Coordinate UAT, training activities, and implementation of tax projects/initiatives.
- Analyze E2E and conduct full impact analysis of production breaks.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Significant experience in data analysis and business analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of banking/financial domains and tax expertise.
- Proficient in Oracle Relational Database and its objects.
- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle SQL Developer, and TOAD.
- Familiarity with Oracle Database Version 18c and above.
- Understanding of Oracle Query Optimizer, AWR, and troubleshooting performance issues.
