About the Role:
- This role involves overseeing all aspects of trading operations, including designing and maintaining systems and procedures to support business strategies effectively.
- You will lead and develop the trading operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement scalable solutions to optimize operations.
- Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence and mitigate operational risks.
- Partner with the technology team to develop and integrate scalable, automated trading systems and platforms.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for regulatory reporting and process optimization.
- Build and maintain relationships with external service providers (e.g., exchanges, custodians) and internal stakeholders to support operational needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective trading strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development among team members.

- Understanding of cryptocurrency markets, including spot and options trading and market-making activities preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives for scalability and automation using technology.
- Strong focus on precision and accuracy in operational processes.
- CH / EU citizen or valid Swiss working permit.
