As a Senior Forensic Investigator with KPMG, you will play a critical role in helping organizations manage risk and reduce the potential damage arising from misconduct or unethical behavior.

We are a leading advisor in supporting organizations to detect, prevent, and respond to white-collar crime. Our interdisciplinary team conducts investigations and provides comprehensive solutions for fraud, misappropriation, and bribery and corruption.

You will contribute to our team by conducting email reviews, interviews, and writing reports to support investigations. You will also prepare and perform data analyses, benchmarking research, and evaluations to proactively assist programs promoting corporate compliance and anti-bribery and corruption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct document and transaction reviews, as well as interviews during the course of investigations or support fraud risk management projects
  • Participate in business development activities such as desktop research and proposal development
  • Actively help to maintain relationships with our national and international clients

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in law, accounting, economics or similar
  • Previous experience in auditing or accounting is a plus
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of mental flexibility and a keen eye for detail
  • Open-minded and curious personality who works well under pressure and is eager to learn
  • Fluent in German and English
