We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive Consumer Goods Professional to join our team at Bruker Switzerland AG. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the EMEA market by identifying new opportunities, developing leads, and implementing targeted sales strategies.

As a Sales Executive Consumer Goods Professional, you will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates closely with customers to develop comprehensive strategies for implementing digitalization and automation in research and development.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EMEA market
- Develop and implement target account plans to ensure market penetration with existing and new customers
- Present Chemspeed solutions at conferences and seminars to promote business growth
- Continuously optimize the efficiency of your sales process by maximizing the impact of our in-house support and CRM tool
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of sales experience in scientific/technical investment goods, preferably automated lab equipment or related fields. A degree in science or engineering is also essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently in an international environment.
What We OfferWe offer an attractive salary package including a competitive base salary of CHF 80,000 - 100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and modern social services.
