Key Responsibilities:
- Manage international and domestic mobility processes, focusing on US locations.
- Provide expert advice on mobility-related matters to employees, candidates, and stakeholders.
- Design and implement mobility processes with global stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance and improve knowledge.
- Provide detailed mobility reporting and analysis.
- Manage the VIE French international internship program.
- Contribute to annual budgeting and monitor costs.
- Maintain knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Implement compliance-related processes and policies.
- Review training programs for compliance.
- Identify discrepancies and prepare reports.
- Implement corrective measures to resolve problems.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- Exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach to task management.
- Bi-lingual in English & Spanish/Portuguese/French is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including excel proficiency.
- High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.
