">Job Summary
">We are looking for a Client Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist to join our team. This is a fixed-term contract position for 18 months.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Work closely with CLM Teams to ensure completion at required quality standards.">
- Coach and train Customer Due Diligence (CDD) based on trends from Quality Assurance to maintain compliance.">
- Share best practices to drive improvements in customer service, quality, and consistency against standards and frameworks.">
- Perform diverse controls related to PBRS CLM activities (Tax-related control, static data changes etc.).">
- Quality-check finalized cases depending on risk ratings.">
- Provide feedback on errors and common trends to CLM, Front Office teams, and the Business.">
- Support the Quality Control Manager by organizing and running group training sessions to enhance quality results.">
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for PBRSG CLM due diligence reviews, ensuring timely and accurate completion.">
- Recommending/undertaking further due diligence where required.">
- Communicate effectively and lead discussions regarding complex queries with Quality function, Compliance, RM, or Front Office contacts.">
- Timely and accurate reporting of SME/Compliance related Management Information.">
- Provide support, training, and coaching to PBRS CLM Teams on interpretation of guidance.">
- Undertake reviews of extended due diligence to assess risk, providing comments, and helping Specialists/Front office to escalate to frontline for agreement and approval.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have working knowledge of Anti Money Laundering, regulatory compliance, and controls within the banking and financial services industry.
">You should also possess a can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and be able to work professionally with all levels of staff and management.
">A strong teamwork initiative and good research and communication skills are essential.
">Familiarity with IT tools, including Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc., is necessary.
">A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience is required.
">Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is necessary. International profile and practice in other countries and multi-cultural experience are a plus.
