- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets for multiple real estate entities.
- Oversee receivables/payables tracking and assist in preparing tax assessments in line with legal requirements.
- Support the asset management team with daily accounting tasks, including P&L and cash flow analysis.
- Enhance and maintain reporting models, integrating property management data seamlessly.
- Coordinate with property and facility management teams and external service providers across Europe.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making regarding building maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Conduct on-site property visits as required to ensure operational standards are met.
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in German, French, and English (B2 or higher).
- Accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems and MS Office; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau is an advantage.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
