Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Company 81 - Manulife Data Services Inc. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and analysis for our business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as daily scrum master and lead the team in Agile development methodologies.
- Provide Level 2 support for our BAU/KLO work and contribute to the development of new applications.
- Monitor and maintain batch cycle loads, including daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly processes.
- Engage with the business to request, load, and proof data updates in production and lower environments.
- Support and triage production incidents as needed.
- Perform release management for our supported applications.
- Contribute to the scrum team to provide development support, including code improvements and bug fixing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: At least two years of IT experience or application support experience.
- Hybrid work arrangement: Amenability to work onsite and from home, dependent on RTO guidelines.
- Shift schedule: Amenability to work on the assigned schedule, including PH Night Shift - Rotating.
- Minimum skills to hire: Prior experience with Cloud infrastructure, pipeline execution, Agile, Azure, GitHub, SNOW, and JIRA.
