Job Description:
Tillotts Pharma AG is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Corporate Legal team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our business units, ensuring seamless execution of corporate activities and transactions. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining up-to-date records, preparing relevant documents, and negotiating agreements.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of corporate documents and contracts.
  • Prepare and review various documents, including board minutes, presentations, and legal cases.
  • Negotiate agreements based on templates and provide support to the Company Secretary.
  • Manage meetings and compile monthly legal updates for senior management.

Requirements:
  • Completed training as paralegal or law studies.
  • 8-10 years experience as paralegal in a legal department.
  • Business fluency in English and German.
  • Independent and proactive attitude, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
