We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at REGENHU, a leading high-tech 3D bioprinting company.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your commercial background and sales expertise in driving the growth of innovative bioprinting technologies. You will be responsible for developing and executing structured sales strategies, collaborating closely with Field Application Engineers, and leveraging market insights to optimize the positioning of our solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Proactively engage with new and existing clients via phone, email, and other communication channels (video calls, presentations, etc.) to build long-term relationships and identify client needs.
  • Sales Planning: Collaborate with Field Application Engineers to develop structured sales plans, ensuring their execution and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Closing Deals: Ensure customer satisfaction by tracking and analyzing commercial performance using CRM tools.
  • Representation: Represent the company at trade shows and professional events, with regular travel in Switzerland and internationally.

Qualifications:

  • A commercial background and/or prior experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales of medical equipment or machinery.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients by identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Experience in market analysis, segmentation, customer targeting, and competitive positioning.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate different stages of the sales cycle, including administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 or higher); knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage.
  • Previous experience working with CRM and ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Initiative and autonomy in prospecting and managing business opportunities, combined with strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to understand and simplify complex issues, particularly those of a scientific or technical nature.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and availability for regular travel to meet clients and partners in various settings.
