Experis is a global leader in professional resourcing and project-based workforce solutions.

We are collaborating with a large bank in Switzerland to find a qualified Business Analyst.

Duration: 12 months - with possibility of extension or internalization

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders, including process owners, end-users, and senior management.
  • Ensure requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze existing financial systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate financial tools and platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, trading platforms, risk management tools) to enhance functionality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and test solutions that meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and support.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including business cases, use cases, user stories, and reports, to support project delivery and ongoing operations.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field.
  • Completed training in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP S4/HANA.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in the finance industry, preferably in investment banking, asset management, or a similar sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, instruments, and markets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP BW/4HANA and financial systems, such as accounting software (SAP S/4HANA), trading platforms, or risk management tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development approaches.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
