**About the Role**

The Universität Bern is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Digital Health Research Coordinator for the Metabolic Disorders and Inflammation cluster. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the advancement of research and education in the field of digital health.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and supervise the diverse activities assigned by the Executive Committee and the Strategic Board of the DHMDI cluster.
  • Establish novel research collaborations, identify common/matching research interests across partners, identify funding opportunities, and design funding proposals.
  • Develop elective content on digital health in metabolic and inflammatory disorders, design seminar and workshop series with leading experts, and career development for young researchers.
  • Identify and coordinate across existing resources and partners, new network development with national and international partners.
  • Disseminate research and teaching activities, create an expert researcher directory, and engage with stakeholders, including patients, insurers, clinical experts, health economists, and translational partnerships with industry.
  • Design, implement, monitor, and enforce processes for the development and management of cluster core activities, including data management plans and quality control measures.
  • Coordinate and align research group activities within the cluster, manage budgets, personnel, and resources, and liaise with stakeholder partners.

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital health, research management, and project coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
