Main Duties and Responsibilities

This entry-level position is designed for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn about fundraising, grow within a professional team, and contribute to our fundraising objectives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of fundraising activities including donor events and other stewardship activities.
  • Assist in creating donor communication materials, such as thank-you letters, event invitations, and briefing notes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather essential information for effective communication and proposal development.
  • Provide support during the proposal submission process.
  • Maintain and update the CRM, ensuring accurate records and data integrity.
  • Support the reporting process.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek an individual with the following profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Business, Management) or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in fundraising and philanthropy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French and German are also valuable assets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, and familiarity with CRM tools.
