As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building deep relationships with senior C-level executives, creating strategic change agendas, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive consulting strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CXOs, and establish trust as a trusted advisor.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client work and achieve project milestones.
- Drive financial performance through revenue targets, margin management, and backlog growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Around 15 years of professional experience in IT consulting at a senior leadership level.
- In-depth knowledge and extensive experience within the Retail and Manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets through a consultative approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Good German language skills and a valid work permission.
