At The International Air Transport Association, we are passionate about making air travel safer, smarter, and more sustainable. We are seeking a highly skilled TTBS Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of our Ticket Tax Box Service solution.

About the Role

The TTBS Specialist will be responsible for managing the collection and publication of industry taxes, fees, and charges, as well as supporting customer queries related to TFC applications and bulletins. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a multicultural team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the collection and publication of industry taxes, fees, and charges
  • Support customer queries related to TFC applications and bulletins
  • Administer TTBS web-based applications and SharePoint sites
  • Support the TTBS Product Manager on operational queries and relevant actions
  • Develop and maintain operational SOPs, training material, and conduct educational webinars and trial sessions

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of airline business experience in commercial or operational activities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a multicultural team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
