Medical Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Scientific Advisor with Medical Governance responsibilities to join our team at 720 GlaxoSmithKline AG. This role combines scientific expertise with medical governance tasks, making it a unique and challenging opportunity.

• Conduct scientific review of promotional and non-promotional material to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations, and reflection of the latest scientific findings and advancements.
• Responsible for final approval of promotional and non-promotional material to ensure it meets necessary GSK standards and external regulations.
• Perform independent management monitoring according to a predetermined schedule, identifying potential issues and reporting results to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide support to the business by answering questions related to medical governance, scientific engagement, and local regulations, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and communicating complex information clearly.

• Advanced degree in a scientific or medical field.
• Experience in a similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss regulations and standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional stakeholders and convey complex scientific information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both German and English. Proficiency in French or Italian is a significant plus.
• Education: Must possess at least a Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
