Key Responsibilities- Conduct scientific review of promotional and non-promotional material to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Responsible for final approval of promotional and non-promotional material to ensure it meets necessary standards and external regulations.
- Perform independent management monitoring according to a predetermined schedule, identifying potential issues and reporting results to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide support to the business by answering questions related to medical governance, scientific engagement, and local regulations, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in these areas.
- Advanced degree in a scientific or medical field.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss regulations and standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional stakeholders and convey complex scientific information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both German and English. Proficiency in French or Italian is a significant plus.
- Education: Must possess at least a Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
