Co-Head of Performance Marketing

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our Performance Marketing Unit. With a strong background in Performance Marketing and leadership experience, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our service unit.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Operational, personnel, and financial responsibility for the Performance Marketing Unit
  • Strategic development of the unit in the areas of Performance Marketing
  • Leadership of a team of team managers and subject-matter experts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations
  • Representation of the unit and Performance Marketing externally at conferences and industry events
  • Collaboration with team managers to improve and optimize processes and working methods
  • Management of cross-unit projects in interdisciplinary teams
  • Support and liaison with team managers on people-related topics, development opportunities, and HR-related issues
Your Profile:
  • 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, familiar with tools and ad managers
  • Leadership experience, having led teams or managed large client projects in retail and e-commerce
  • Familiarity with other Performance Marketing disciplines and confident in client interactions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, decisive, and able to comprehend complex situations
  • Hold a degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar field, and fluent in both German and English
