Product Structuring Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Private Wealth Structuring team at Partners Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and scaling our Private Wealth platform, developing innovative investment structures and funds for institutional and private investors globally.
Responsibilities- Support the fund structuring and formation process, including light drafting and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with contractual set-up related to funds, including distribution agreements, and update agreements to include new funds or sub-funds.
- Support Private Wealth commercial initiatives, including initial drafting, follow-up, and monitoring.
- Lead internal administrative and organizational processes within the team, including filing systems, document categorization, and legal memos.
- Review and update internal processes pages.
- Develop and maintain reporting on key projects and team activities.
- Extensive experience as a paralegal in asset management.
- Familiarity with European regulators, particularly the CSSF.
- Located in Zug or London.
- Solid understanding of funds' structures and fund formation processes.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills to manage multiple projects at any one time.
- Excellent English skills.
