Join the Cartier Team as a Clienteling Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic student to join our team as a Clienteling Intern. As a member of our Client Experience & Programming Team, you will assist the Clienteling Project Manager in implementing the local clienteling strategy of Cartier Switzerland, with the objective to increase Clients' acquisition, satisfaction & loyalty, within an omnichannel environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate CRM gifts, managing stock levels and overseeing shipments to boutiques, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and efficient management of resources.
  • Create and deploy both online and offline clienteling campaigns, in collaboration with regional teams, measure their impact, and provide recommendations for the future.
  • Ensure the enrichment, growth, and integrity of the client database by managing action plans and identifying clients and prospects opportunities.
  • Follow-up and analyze the results of the clienteling activations and the in-boutique experiences, with a strong focus on Return on Investment.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business, Luxury, or Computer Science and available to start in December.
  • Business fluent English and French skills are required, German is a plus.
  • Prior hands-on experience preferred in the luxury industry, with great attention to details and sensitivity to client needs & aspirations.
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with data management, and familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, Power BI, and HTML.
  • You have a good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and general affinity with systems.
  • Responsible and dependable with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
  • A proactive individual who is comfortable working autonomously, while also being a valuable team player working collaboratively with cross-functional departments.
