Group Accounting Manager

As a Group Accountant at Helvetica Partners, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. This is a permanent position based in Bern Canton with good office flexibility.
About the Job:
- Responsible for consolidating financial statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER.
- Provide expert guidance on group-wide accounting matters, including monitoring and implementing changes in accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain consolidated financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.
- Oversee transfer pricing activities and serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments.
- Support statutory financial statement preparation and external auditing, as well as collaborate on other financial projects.
About You:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting, with at least 3 years in group accounting or as an auditor.
- Strong expertise in Swiss GAAP FER and Swiss accounting standards.
- Proficiency in consolidation methods and experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Cognos.
